Meet Mark, the founder, and CEO of Highnote, a presentation and proposal platform designed specifically for service providers. With a background as a top-producing salesperson, team and brokerage leader, computer engineer, and product designer, Mark has a unique insight into what it takes to create great software for service providers who don’t have time to design.

Mark co-founded Climb Real Estate, a San Francisco Bay Area-based real estate brokerage with an innovative business model and technology offerings. He led the development of Climb since its inception in 2007 as a sales group and later as an independent brokerage in 2010, all the way through to its acquisition by Realogy/NRT, the nation’s largest real estate brokerage in 2016.

During his time at Climb, Mark founded Climb Labs (climblabs.com), the innovation arm of Climb Real Estate, focused on new ideas in the real estate brokerage space.

The Highnote idea was born from Mark’s extensive experience in the real estate industry, but it’s on its way to becoming the leading presentation and proposal platform for service providers around the world. Mark says that it would be a shame if only real estate agents could use Highnote since its ease of use and drag-and-drop features can benefit every professional by allowing them to create winning presentations in minutes without designing.
