Service members participating in the Skillbridge program with Gwilt Group continue to receive their military compensation and military benefits while obtaining real-world training and work experience within the real estate industry. As a real estate group brokered by a cloud-based brokerage, we are able to support you in the Skillbridge program anywhere in the US and in select overseas locations. Recognizing that 87% of Realtors fail within their first five years, we established this program to set you up for success as you transition from serving your country to serving others through real estate.

The DoD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for Service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through an internship with Gwilt Group during the last 180 days of service. Separating Service members of any rank, enlisted or officer, can be granted up to 180 days of permissive duty to focus solely on training full-time with Gwilt Group after unit commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) provides written authorization and approval of their Skillbridge application.
