We are so glad you are here. As a seller on the Emerald Coast, you have probably watched as our area has gained tremendous popularity in recent years. There is a lot of attention on the Emerald Coast right now… and with good reason. Spanning around 100 miles – from Pensacola to Panama City – the Emerald Coast is famous for its sugar-white beaches & emerald green waters. Deep-sea fishing is an area attraction, with Destin holding the nickname “World’s Luckiest Fishing Village” (and several saltwater world records), and Panama City Beach hosting the annual high-dollar Bay Point Billfish Invitational. The area even boasts appearances in some famous movies, like The Truman Show and Jaws 2!

Since we all agree that the Emerald Coast is the best place to buy real estate, let’s get down to business. Our priority and number one goal is YOU and your home. With a background in sales and marketing, I understand how to maximize the interest and increase the demand of every property we list. Our approach is different. Our team ranked #13 for medium sized teams in the state of Florida for 2022, and we did so through our repeatable system of selling homes in our market.
