I have attached a copy of their pre-approval letter from my preferred loan officer, the Purchase Agreement, and all disclosures signed.

We have looked at all of the homes that came up for sale in that development so we’re pretty knowledgeable of the area, prices, and HOA. Although, this is the first one they wanted to write an offer on!

I have personally been in the business full time since 2013 and take pride in our smooth transactions (I was at REMAX Advantage Plus for 7+ until this past month). I have a trusted title company that will handle this transaction with great ease and communication.
